Congratulations to our team member Laura Dewitte, who received a Senior Postdoctoral Fellowship from the Flemish Research Foundations (Fonds Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek Vlaanderen - FWO) to continue her research on well-being in people with dementia!
Her research proposal "The MENSIA project: Toward the solid measurement of subjective well-being in dementia" received funding for three years.
I am extremely grateful that the FWO is investing in this vital topic and I am delighted that Laura will stay on the MeReL team a little longer!
Also a big thank you to Mathieu Vandenbulcke (UZ Leuven), Gabriel Olaru (Tilburg University) and Patrick Hill (Washington University in St. Louis) for their collaboration on this exciting project!
